The bed arrived damaged, with incorrect screws, no instructions and missing screws for the slats
I contacted customer services to return the bed and was offered a refund by customer services to compensate for the missing screws and the cost of correcting the damage.

Purchased this saying in stock it’s been over two weeks. It was delivered in 4 so bare this in mind if needing bed quickly - but I must say worth of waiting and looks charming.

Hi. I ordered this bed ensured it would arrive in time for Christmas which is has but no slats received with the bed so now my daughter has been let down because the order has not been received correctly ! It was sorted quickly and communication with the shop was great
